Founded in 2022 by CEO Bianca Cefalo, Space DOTS (Space Dimensionally Optimized Technology Satellites) operates the SKY-I platform, which collects and fuses data from in-orbit sensors and external sources to detect, interpret and attribute anomalies and threats in space. By providing comprehensive space situational awareness and real-time environment monitoring, Space DOTS helps satellite operators and defense agencies improve mission safety. The company builds small DataDOT payloads for satellite missions to gather space environment data, and integrates that with other data feeds. Space DOTS secured seed funding (including support from Female Founders Fund) and is expanding its engineering team in London and California. Its services aim to give customers insight into space weather events and potential adversarial activities across all orbital regimes.
